EVALUATE YOUR EVENT!
National Science Week 2008 was a huge success and we would like to know about your event!
We have provided you with a simple to use evaluation form which will help you think about the delivery of your event and assist you in planning for your future involvement in National Science Week .
The information you submit will not only contribute to overall statistical data. but will also help in our plans to make National Science Week bigger and better in 2009 and beyond.
Evaluation Form Whilst this form indicates that it is for National Science Week 'Grant' Recipients, we still want to hear about all National Science Week events and if you registered an event in 2008, we would like to know about it.
Financial Report This form is designed for National Science Week 'Grant' Recipients, if you wish to complete and submit this you are welcome.
